Six Easy Steps
to apply
for WCIU credit for the
Global Year of Insight Program

1. The first step is to be accepted in the Insight Program by an Insight Site Committee. If you do not have an acceptance letter from an Insight Program Site Director, please see Insight’s website at http://uscwm.org/insight, and begin there.

2. If you have been accepted by one of Insight’s Program Site Committees, please read WCIU’s catalog description of the Insight Program at http://wciu.edu/insight.html.

3. Ask your Insight Program Site Director to forward the following pieces of your Insight application to WCIU:

a. Insight Acceptance Letter

b. Pastor’s Reference

c. Teacher’s Reference

d. Transcripts from each high school and college you have attended, or evidence of high school equivalency, such as GED results

e. Students for whom English is not their first language are required to take an English Skills Test. Please have your Insight Program Site Director request this of WCIU for you.

3. Complete WCIU’s Insight Student Personal Information form.

4. Send your SAT or ACT Scores – If SAT or ACT scores are not on your high school transcript, you will need to request that the scores be sent to you, and you will need to send them, unopened, to WCIU Admissions and Records 1539 E. Howard Street Pasadena CA 91104.

5. Read, and consider if you agree without reservation to WCIU’s Statement of Academic Integrity. If so, please copy and paste the Academic Integrity Statement from http://wciu.edu/academic_integrity.html into an email to admissions@wciu.edu.

6. Send payment for the $15 application fee.
