Katie Toop

Katie Toop is Senior Director of Transformational Development for World Concern. She holds a Master of Science in Water and Environmental Management from Loughborough University’s Water, Engineering and Development Centre in the UK. Her field work began with a focus on domestic water supply and sanitation but later broadened to integrated community development. She joined World Concern in 2013 in South Sudan. From 2014-2016, she served as World Concern’s Transformational Development Specialist for Africa, based in Nairobi. She has served overseas for most of thirteen years and currently operates out of Seattle, the headquarters of World Concern.
