Becoming a Servant Leader with Ken Blanchard

Bestselling business author Ken Blanchard believes that the world is in desperate need of a new leadership model and he believes that model is servant leadership. Today’s business world is characterized by increasing change—technological, cultural, social, economic, and personal. The net effect is increasing anxiety, insecurity, and more pressure than ever before on today’s employees, creating an intense need for managers to be more effective as leaders.

In this webinar Ken Blanchard will share a four-step approach to becoming a servant leader.

  • The Head—exploring the assumptions and beliefs about servant leadership; separating fact from fiction.

  • The Heart—becoming intentional about your leadership character; getting it right on the inside first.

  • The Hands—applying new skills and changing leadership behaviors; moving from knowing to doing.

  • The Habits—keeping your commitment to your commitment; a daily recalibration to mission and values.

Learn how practicing the four key attributes of a servant leader provides the inspiration and helps people develop the skills needed to empower today’s emerging workforce.
