Henry Perry III, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Henry Perry III is a Senior Associate in the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. With five decades of global health experience, including medical missionary work in Bolivia, he is a leading voice in community-based primary health care. He holds an M.D., Ph.D. in sociology and anthropology, and M.P.H., all from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Perry has authored over 250 publications, including Health for the People, and was recognized in 2024 by Clarivate for top-tier citation impact.
