Andrea McAleenan, Ph.D.

Dr. Andrea McAleenan’s career spans senior leadership positions in public and private higher education including the University of California, Los Angeles; University of Hawaii; Gordon College; Azusa Pacific University; Fresno Pacific University; and Claremont Graduate University. She also served in the not-for-profit sector at InterVarsity, Communities in Schools and K-12 in Michigan and Hawaii. Her work encompasses academic and student development administration, graduate level teaching, executive education and advancement (friend and fund raising, major gift work, special events, marketing and communications, alumni relations). Bridge building, networking, and partnership development are signature threads throughout her career. She holds an PhD in Education Administration from Claremont Graduate University and an MA and BA from Michigan State University. At William Carey International University she is an adjunct faculty member and serves as the Director of Advancement & Alumni Engagement.
