Diana Kimani, Ph.D.
Dr. Diana Kimani is the Director of the MA Development Studies Program at William Carey International University, with over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in teaching and research in Africa and the United States. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics, along with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics. Her research focuses on development, poverty, women’s empowerment, and health economics. Dr. Kimani has 18 publications, including recent works on women’s empowerment in Kenya, and serves on the board of New Covenant Missions. She is also the founder of Praying Mums, a global prayer movement for mothers.
