William Carey International University is thrilled to announce the launch of our Ph.D. in Global Development Program! The University Leadership would like to give a special thanks to Dean of Doctoral Studies, Yalin Xin, Ph.D. for his tireless efforts to build a program of excellence that takes into account not only “north - south” exchanges of learning, but “south - north” and “south - south.” We believe this program is global in both it’s content and it’s inception to the degree that mutuality of learning is baked directly into the foundation.
