The leadership of William Carey International University is happy to welcome Dr. Mary Lederleitner as the new Director for The Women’s Institute! Mary brings decades of leadership experience and a passion for walking alongside and empowering women to come into the fullness of their place as leaders in the body of Christ and the global stage.

The Women’s Institute’s vision is to be “A space for women to combine academic rigor and human stories for the flourishing of women in communities globally.” This vision and the opportunity to work with women around the globe- to meet them wherever they are on their journey and to support them in making their best contributions- truly excites me! I want women to know they are welcome here. - Dr. Mary Lederleitner
